Times
Our aim is to despatch orders within 3 working days. If we cannot deliver the order within that time, we will inform you.

Damaged delivery
We aim to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition, however if they do not please let us know within 2 days of receipt. Then once the order is returned a full refund or a replacement will be given.

International delivery
The shipping and handling of European (non UK) orders is charged at £15 per order. Delivery times can vary (depending on country).
